Q. Do you deliver to my area?

Q. What are your Water features and garden fountains made from?

Q. Do your water features come complete with a pump?
Yes all our water features and garden fountains come complete with pump and every thing you need except an Electric plug.
Q. Why dont you fit a plug?
When the water feature or fountain is assembled in your garden the electric cable may have to pass through several sections and a waterproof gland, this cannot be done with a moulded plug. Depending on your layout you may wish to run the cable through a wall, door or window frame or underground Pipe, again this cannot be done if the plug is already attached.
Q. Are your water features painted?
No, pigments are added in the manufacture, the colour goes all the way through and will not peel off.
Q. Can your water features and fountains be used as a center piece for a pond?
Yes they can, but please state this when ordering as small changes need to be made to the cable gland.
Q. Do you sell plastic/Resin fountains or water features.
No we do not sell plastic water features or fountains.
Q. Which are better plastic or stone water features?
This is a tricky question, on the one hand people who sell plastic water features will tell you that stone water features can crack in the winter. This is not true, it depends more on the shape of the water container than what its made of, in terms of, if the Ice has room to expand then it will not crack anything. Ice will split a motor car’s engine block, made from steel, if the shape is right then a plastic fountain will certainly crack too. Plastic fountains tend to be sensitive to UV light which over time makes them brittle and more liable to crack. On the other hand stone fountains age very well. Stone fountains and water features do not blow away in the wind and their solid construction gives a sense of permanence and quality to your garden.
